  I went in to buy a computer software, knowing there was a possibility it wouldn't work with my windows 10 I asked the cashier if I would be able to return it no hassle The unwitting cashier replied "yes no problem". After it didn't work I went back to return it. Once at customer service they told me it wouldn't happen. I then said I was told by the cashier that I could return it, a worker butted in and said it's on the receipt, after checking the receipt it did not say anywhere regarding about that policy. The cashiers should be able to give simple and true statement regarding their return policy. NEVER COMING BACK TO BEST BUY (unless I get a refund, I will settle for store credit)
